Comments: Highly Recommended. A key part of our business and one of the best investments we've made. A total no-brainer.

Pros: The development and implementations teams at DTC have tremendous experience in our industry and understand the diversity of requirements that exist from project to project and client to client. DTC has been designed with flexibility in mind, and the product is continuously being modified and improved to suit our needs. Support is exceptional.

Cons: It would be nice to see a good user friendly report engine. The stock reports are very good, but modifications need to be coded, so they can't always be done by non-technical end users.

Pros: Easy to use, quick to learn.

Cons: Do not like the feature in that pulls all items from drop down list, and then need to enter/or choose which person/item. Old feature let you key stroke more things, with being forced to use the drop down carrat.
